ManKind

As part of our ongoing commitment to provide constant personal growth for people, we are launching a new group for men with learning disabilities to explore and talk about their mental health and wellbeing.

What does ManKind look at?

  • Recognising all the emotions and what they do to our bodies
  • Recognising your triggers that can lead to experiencing challenges in your life
  • Getting support and recognising when you need extra support
  • Games and activities that promote calmness and relaxation
  • Using groupwork to support each other and share experiences of what works

ManKind is a Talkback Group that helps men with learning disabilities and autism explore their mental health

If you’d like to come and talk with other people and explore your mental health and wellbeing then we’d love to see you. Drop-ins are very welcome on the day. ManKind runs every fortnight in both locations.
