Post 16 Specialist Provision

Building Bright Futures Together

At Talkback’s Post-16 Specialist Provision, we support young people with learning disabilities and/or autism who have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) as you move from school into adulthood.

The transition from school can be challenging. You may need support to develop independence, make choices and plan your future. We help you gain the skills, confidence and direction needed for adult life. We offer a supportive and structured environment where you build confidence, independence, life skills and positive pathways into education, work and community life.
