Live. Learn. Work.
Supportive pathways to adulthood
Welcome to Talkback’s Post‑16 Specialist Provision — a nurturing, outcome-driven programme. Our programme is designed for young autistic people, or those with a learning disability who possess an EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan) and are trying to decide where best to go after leaving school.Â
Our welcoming environment offers small-group learning (maximum 10 participants) and personalised support to develop essential life skills, build confidence, access functional qualifications, and explore work and volunteering opportunities. With flexible pathways — including education, independent living, employability, health, and community integration — our specialist provision empowers learners to confidently plan their next steps into adulthood and beyond.
