Wycombe Badminton Club
Wycombe Badminton have lots of experience working with people with autism and people with a learning disability. Their sessions are based on games and having fun.
Day: Every Monday

Wycombe Wanderers Walking Football
Wycombe Wanderers are committed to supporting the local community to be healthier and happier. Sessions are £5 and must be booked in advance using the details below. There are two sessions available in the week.

Aylesbury United Football Club
Fancy giving football a try? Aylesbury United are a fully inclusive club who welcome everyone. There’s an opportunity to play in the BOBI League.

Wellbeing and Wild walks
Provided by Wycombe Wanderers, the walk helps to keep people active whilst walking and talking. It is a very relaxed environment, and they even stop for a cup of tea on the way around! No need to book, just turn up on the day.

Talkback Back to Nature Walks
If you are autistic or have learning disabilities and would like to get out in the fresh air and explore the nature around you, then why not join us for a Back To Nature session. The sessions will take place monthly in various locations around Milton Keynes. They provide a great opportunity to get out in the fresh and discover the local wildlife around you.

Halton Tennis Club
Halton Tennis Club already have hugely popular inclusive tennis sessions. Fun tennis and ball games, to help develop your tennis skills. Mixed children and adult class. Sessions are £10 on the day or £72 for a block of 12 sessions.

Soft Tennis
Soft tennis is a fun and easy way to play tennis. Sessions are free, with coaching and games, and kindly funded by the Dan Maskell Trust

Seated Exercise
Using chairs and other props for support, this fun exercise class will help improve flexibility, balance and strength, while you make new friends. Sessions last for 45 minutes, with an opportunity for a cup of tea or coffee at the end! And we have two locations available.

Wheels For All
Wheels For All is an inclusive cycling program, aimed to remove barriers to cycling, with their range of adaptive bikes there is something for everyone. Please book in advance with Amelia (details below), sessions are just £5, You can book here. And the good news is that there are two locations to choose from, in Marlow and Aylesbury.

Dash Club
Dash Club provides a recreational and social environment for local people with disabilities, aged 14 plus. It involves swimming, as well as other physical activity and arts and crafts. Sessions cost £7.90 each week or £74 for a 10-week block. Some sessions may differ in price.

Climbquest
Every Sunday morning (apart from the 3rd Sunday of the month), Climb Quest run a special session for those climbers with autism and those with special educational needs. They provide as calm an environment as possible, family and carers are welcome. The music is turned right down if needed, and there are plenty of instructors to help. We also restrict numbers in the session to 14.
Milton Keynes

Super 1 Disability Cricket
Free weekly cricket sessions. All disabilities are welcome. Super 1s provides cricket coaching for young people with a disability aged 12-25. There’s also the chance to play regular, competitive cricket.
