Think, Feel, Belong has been created for people with learning disabilities and/ or autism who have wellbeing and/ or mental health needs, are socially isolated, at risk of crisis, or are otherwise vulnerable in Reading
Although weekly sessions cannot happen due to COVID-19, we are still here for you. If you live in Reading and would like to socialise over the phone, we are operating calls on a weekly basis. We are also offering video calls if people have the technology or contact through email.
We can provide relaxation techniques, mindfulness, breathing exercises, a talking group and opportunities to discuss how you are feeling.
