Stepping Stones is the perfect place to connect, create, and move! Each week, we dive into a new and exciting theme, from expressive art sessions to calming yoga practices, as well as just having coffee, cake and a chat.

But that’s just the beginning! We’re spicing things up with special events like karaoke, hilarious comedy sessions, and even a signing afternoon. Everything will be based on what the members want to do. Our core program is all about building strong relationships, because we believe that’s the foundation for everything else. And of course, every session includes some physical activity to get you moving. Come and be a part of something special. We can’t wait to see you there!

It starts on Wednesday 25th September and will be running every week at Amersham Youth Centre from 10am until 12pm. Just get in touch here if you want to find out more and come along. And our thanks to Chesham, Amersham & District Mencap for the funding.
