Here at Talkback, we always take time to get to know our members and to find out what they really enjoy doing. We then work to help them build up their confidence in order to pursue a role that would suit them.
Not everyone wants to work in retail or an office and for Harry it’s clear that music is his passion. So, we have worked with him to try to find opportunities where he can follow his dream. Having delivered a cracking DJ set last year, he was delighted to be asked back to help get the party started for their end of year prom and we were more than happy to support him to make this happen.

Harry loves music – check him out on YouTube Hazza mania – and he wants to be a DJ. So with our backing he has now run his second set at MK college annual prom. For us, employment means following the person as well as letting them get the opportunity. Harry is a star and he deserves to shine.”
