An Easter Poem

We couldn’t think of a better way to mark the Easter weekend than by sharing this wonderful Easter Egg Hunt poem by Nicola Martin.

Easter

Full of bright colours,

Lots of chocolate too,

A visit from the Easter bunny,

The basket laden with eggs.

Everyone heads outside,

The eggs he did hide,

Search high and low,

Where did they all go.

Once all are found,

There was not a sound,

The eggs they ate,

No one could wait.

More easter fun,

Out in the sun,

Time to play,

What a joyous day.

Now easter is done,

It was so much fun,

Until next year,

Happy easter everyone.
