Talkback launches Post-16 Specialist Provision

We’re beyond excited to announce the launch of Talkback’s Post 16 Specialist Provision, designed specifically for young autistic people and those with learning disabilities.

This new provision reflects our commitment to creating inclusive opportunities that empower young people to shape their own futures. And we think it is a revolutionary approach to the traditional offerings of further education.

Built for those with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), the programme offers an alternative to traditional further education. It focuses on developing real-life skills, improving independence, and increasing confidence – all in a nurturing, supportive environment that recognises each person’s individual strengths.

Live. Learn. Work.

Our three core pathways – Engage, Educate and Employ – are built to meet each individual where they are and help them move forward with purpose. From gaining life skills and qualifications to exploring supported internships and employment opportunities, we create a nurturing environment that helps every young person thrive.

Small Groups, Big Impact.

We keep class sizes small to ensure personalised support from qualified, caring practitioners. Whether it’s improving communication skills, learning to travel independently or building confidence through volunteering, our programme is shaped around each learner’s goals and aspirations.
