Partnership with Anya Consultancy Services provides opportunities for our members

We are delighted to be working in partnership with Anya Consultancy Services on a range of activities to support our Talkback members. The first of which, being a business bootcamp.

Over two afternoons, we took two members, who are making the transition from college into employment, to visit Anya Consultancy Services (ACS).

During these afternoons, they got the chance to take part in a business bootcamp. Here, they found out all about the work ACS carries out and the different roles within their business. They also took part in fun activities to explore their creativity and planning skills.

Kath Dunn, Employment Co-ordinator at Talkback, commented: “I’d like to thank everyone at Anya Consultancy for providing this fantastic opportunity for our members. We are are now working with the team to plan further experiences and find other opportunities for our partnership to thrive. I’m really looking forward to seeing how we can continue to work together to benefit both our members and ACS.”

Namrata Rajnoor, Project Manager at Anya Consultancy Service, said: “We had an incredible afternoon introducing ourselves and our company to the Talkback team. This marks the beginning of an enriching journey for both our organisations.

“Moving forward, Talkback members will gain insights into how our business operates, while supporting our staff in their roles. Through this collaboration, they will acquire valuable skills and experience, fostering personal and professional growth.”

Thank you so much to the ACS team; Balaji Perumal (CEO), Srivalli Challa, Namrata Rajnoor, Ronan McDonald and Bharath Boyapati for making this possible.

Why does employment matter?

We are committed to creating opportunities for autistic people and individuals with learning disabilities to enter the world of work. By being employed, people actively contribute to society, showcasing their unique talents and abilities. This can help promote a more inclusive and diverse workforce, fostering a greater understanding and appreciation of neurodiversity in the broader community

We are always looking for businesses to work with, if you would be interested please contact us.
