In partnership with the Buckinghamshire Integrated Care Board, these free events, in Aylesbury and High Wycombe, are aimed at aimed at young people (14+) and adults with a learning disability and/or autism, their parents, friends, and carers. The events will showcase activities and services that support healthy lifestyles and wellbeing.

We’ll be showcasing the programmes we run and the work we do. Our member coaches will be running some sports activity and Your Voice will be running ‘What matters to me’ sessions.

The events will be held in two locations:

The Gateway, Aylesbury on 21 October, 10am – 4pm

High Crest Academy, High Wycombe on 27 October, 10am – 4pm.

And will focus on four key areas:

1) Health – free health and blood pressure checks

2) Staying fit – advice on exercise and healthy eating

3) Education and work – help and advice to find employment

4) Community safety – find out how to keep yourself safe when out in the community
