How to do it

Step 1. There are different areas on this menu, so choose the one that you need eg housing, mental health and youth clubs.

Step 2. Go onto the website of the organisation or if there is a phone number give them a call.

Step 3. If you need to set up an email address TAB can help you do this.

Step 4. You may need to fill in some forms. If you need help with these please contact us at TAB.

Step 5. If you need any assistance with this contact us at talkback.advice@talkback-uk.com and we will arrange a time to meet with you.

Need help with housing?

If you need help with your housing, or with finding somewhere to live, contact P3 with your name, telephone number, postcode, and a brief summary of your situation.

Young people - clubs

Are you aged 13-25?

If you live in or near Aylesbury, you can go to Youth Concern’s Drop-in Centre for food, advice and things to do.

The Drop-in centre is in Whitehill Lane, Aylesbury HP19 8FL

If you live in or near High Wycombe, you can go to the Youth Enquiry Service in High Wycombe for counselling and advice.

The drop-in centre is at 52 Frogmoor, High Wycombe HP13 5DG

If you need someone to talk to, call the Samaritans. Open every day until 3 in the morning.

If you feel you are in crisis contact Safe Haven, or go to hospital.

Safe Haven is open every evening in Wycombe (tel: 01494 218098) and four evenings a week in Aylesbury (tel: 01296 453017).

Hub Care Support

A personal assistant could help you do your own shopping. 

A personal assistant could also help take you to your local leisure centre.

Hub Care Support will help you find a personal assistant.

Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.

You can ask for support, from the council, on a number of different issues such as these below:
